Repeated Miscarriages

When repeated miscarriages occur, the doctor will try and determine if there is an existing cause and may perform a cone biopsy for diagnosing HPV wart viruses. It is thought that up to 50 percent of miscarriages are due to a spontaneous genetic or structural abnormality in the baby. Most of these tend to occur at the time of fertilization. This can cause the new baby not to develop properly, or to die after only a few weeks of the pregnancy. When repeated miscarriages occur, the doctor will try and determine if there is an existing cause and may perform a cone biopsy for diagnosing HPV wart viruses.

Cone Biopsy, Wart

Miscarriage is often called spontaneous abortion by doctors. This is the loss of a pregnancy before 20 weeks. It occurs in about 15-20 percent of all pregnancies. Most happen in the first 3 months. Many of these cases take place before a woman even knows that she is pregnant. When repeated miscarriages occur, the doctor will try and determine if there is an existing cause and may perform a cone biopsy for diagnosing HPV wart viruses.
