There are many causes for miscarriage, but ASCUS and a plantar wart of the partner are not dangerous. In general, miscarriages are more common in women over 35 years old and in pregnancies involving more than one fetus. Studies suggest that pregnancy will occur in at least 60 percent of natural cycles in fertile couples. Once the baby has a heartbeat, the chance of miscarrying decreases significantly.
