Cause Of Infertility
A possible cause of infertility could be attributed to the HPV viruses that include vaginal wart and penile wart viruses.
The analysis is not an absolute test for fertility but does give an indication of male fertility. It cannot determine the ability of the sperm to locate and penetrate the egg, for example. Even with poor semen, natural conception may still occur in some cases.

The most important diagnostic tool is the analysis of freshly ejaculated semen for male infertility. The highest sperm number with the best motility is contained in the first part of the ejaculate. Most of the seminal fluid comes from glands (seminal vesicles and prostate) at the base of the bladder.
