Cause Of Infertility
A cause of infertility could be if condyloma or a penile wart is present.
Most of the seminal fluid comes from glands (seminal vesicles and prostate) at the base of the bladder. The highest sperm number with the best motility is contained in the first part of the ejaculate. The most important diagnostic tool is the analysis of freshly ejaculated semen for male infertility.
A cause of infertility could be if condyloma or a penile wart is present.

Even with poor semen, natural conception may still occur in some cases. It cannot determine the ability of the sperm to locate and penetrate the egg, for example.
