Genital Mouth Wart
Genital mouth wart is not common but is generally acquired by having oral sex with a partner who has an active vaginal wart or active penile wart.
25 types of HPV have been found in clinically normal oral mucosa, oral lesions, premalignant oral lesions and oral cancers. HPVs commonly are found in the oral cavity. The most common of oral HPV infections include the squamous papilloma, verruca vulgaris, condyloma acuminatum, focal epithelial hyperplasia.

The occurrence of HPV lesions increases for people with HIV disease. There are several treatments available for oral lesions, the most common being cryosurgery or “freezing’. This treatment tends to be the least invasive and quickest way of getting rid of the lesions.
